Hello players. This Topic for new players but here all can post own questions and recommendations.

So Let's start.
1.Question: How to bind hook?
Answer: Open console and type \bind <key> +button5 For exemple \bind mouse2 +button5 - here you binded mouse2 (right button of your mouse)
2.Question: Ok, but what is it console?
Answer: Console - dialog box of Quake3. For open it you must press button "~" under button ESC. Here we will type all our commands smile
Ok good! Now we have hook! Our noghost server 87.117.203.89:27960 <PAR>-Hook&Rail*Clan Base, support 2 styles of hook. Classic Q3 hook and Q2 hook. For switch it, we must type in console \grappletype

3.Also in this server you can deploy 2 turrets with rocket launcher. for use type \turret
Clones or decoys also exist. for use type \decoy
4.Question: How to improve my connection?
Answer: type \snaps 40 and \rate 25000
5.Question: I heard player can change angle of observation. How?
Answer: Default angle is 90 but we can set it more. Command for this \cg_fov For exemple \cg_fov 110 - angle will 110
6.Question: Some players use model Bones. This is shit cuz i don't see this dark damn skeleton in the dark dungeons of Q3
Answer: We can use other model for see enemy. But befor we must download additional files from Our File Catalog. This is our PAR pak and one from Bright Skins for models. Instead of PAR pak we can use nemesis, noghost m2k paks. After downloaded we must add this in baseq3 folder inside Quake3 folder. After in console we must type \cg_forcemodel 1 and chose model for enemy \cg_enemymodel <model> For exemple \cg_enemymodel "tankjr" - all your opponents in game will looks like Tankjr

7.Question: Ah forgot ask. How i can destroy enemy turrets?
Answer: It's easy. Shotgun or railgun, destroy it fast.
8.On Rockets PAR server i saw strange grenades or bombs. WTF!? How get and use it.
Answer: Yes, our server 83.141.4.230:33333 <PAR>-Hook*Rock&Rail have special cgrenades. You can get it only after 2 kills during 3 secs ''Rewards for Excellent" After got it need only switch weapon to Grenade Launcher. For detonate cgrenades type \bang Also we can bind this Command like binded hook before.
NOTICE: Our servers support command \help - you can get supporting message there also.

I'm new , I downloaded AFTER SITE additional files from YUR File Catalog, And some players believe I CHEATING And gives me BANN WHY the file i downloaded are cheating?

I saw you 2 years ago on Deathfraggers server. Marius's friend from Romania. Maybe i am wrong. But no problem. Clean up your Quake3 and try connect again.

Got many questions about record demos in Quake3.
Answer: I uploaded 2 short configs for record and watch demo - http://par.ucoz.de/load/demo/1-1-0-13 After downloaded and unzipped you need this 2 files "show" and "rec" Put this file inside Baseq3 folder (sub folder in Quake3 folder) After to run game and type in console \exec rec and \exec show After this operations you got binds on digital part of keyboard (right part) You can start record demo after press button kp_plus (big "+") And this key will for stop record. Your recorded demo will in Quake3---->Baseq3--->Demos or Quake3--->mod--->Demos (mod can have differents names: Noghost, BMA etc. If you recorded demo in Noghost server it will in Noghost folder etc.) Name of file must be 0000.dm3 0001.dm3 etc. After found your demo u must put it in Quake3---->Baseq3--->Demos. If you have not folder Demos inside Baseq3 you must create it. After run Quake3 chose Demos in General Menu and Watch it. Script "show" have options for fast watching, slow and pause in demo. After \exec show in console you got next binds:
kp_5 "pause"
kp_leftarrow "slow"
kp_home "normal"
kp_uparrow "forward"
kp_rightarrow "forward+"
All buttons on digital part of keyboard. You can change all keys for binds if open this cfg files via text editors. WordPad, NotePad, Word etc.
