| Hello my name is Maarten, in game name is Waterpater.
I bought Quake 3 back in '06. I was 10 years old and didn't know much about it. I played with many names, some of them are "Kinder", SupaDupa, Mr.G$TA and some others. Probably unkown to you.
In 2012 I was playing over 8 hours a day, mostly in ***AFF*** Multiserver. The game took so much controll over my social life that I decided to stop playing, for good.
In August 2015 when I was cleaning up my room, I came across my old Quake 3 DVD. I thought, meh let's see if there is still action. I was surprised to see so many people still playing this magnificent game! So I bought the game on Steam. I now play roughly 2 hours a day. I can say to myself: "Dude stop man, it's been enough".
My play is not bad, but it's also not what it used to be. I used to have 65acc on an average game, that percentage has been lowered to 40~45ACC average. I know it's not optimal but I'm getting the feeling back :)
Qualities:
- Knows the game
- Friendly
- Respect against other players
- English isn't bad, but also not good. I hope you guys understand what I am saying in tis message :)
- Fun to talk with (I hope)
